This was a two phase design-build project. The original project consisted of a 2,200 SF Loan Production and Insurance office which was completed in the fall of 2001. In the spring of 2003 we doubled the size of the original building and added a drive up teller canopy to accommodate their full service bank.

• Designed phase one to accommodate future expansion
• Worked with Clients list of invited subcontractors to complete the project on schedule
• Remodeled the interior of Phase 1 to accommodate walk in banking patronage prior to Breaking ground on Phase 2
• Worked Closely with HSB on Phase 2 to minimize business disruption. Facility remained open through the entire remodeling and expansion project.
