Hillyard - Lino Lakes

Raske Building, Inc. recently completed this 25,500 SF warehouse/office building for Hillyard, Inc. Raske Building, Inc. utilized Butler Manufacturing Delta Hybrid Roof Structural Steel System with our Butler MR-24 Standing Seam Metal roof. The structural steel was attached directly to concrete Wall Panels provided by Fabcon.

Key Features

• Butler Delta Hybrid Roof Structural System allowed us to install only 6 interior columns in the entire building.
• MR-24 Roof System with Parapet on 3 sides,
  low eave had exposed Gutter.
• Upscale office and employee training center
